We have an immediate need for a full-time Promotions Coordinator to join our dynamic event marketing and promotional campaigns team . This full-time, entry-level position is ideal for energetic, outgoing individuals who want to start a career in event marketing, brand promotions, and community engagement . As a Promotions Coordinator, you’ll work directly at live events , representing top brands and nonprofit organizations, engaging attendees, and helping create memorable experiences. Coordinate on-site marketing campaigns and promotional events for brands and nonprofit partners
Engage directly with event attendees to share information, promote products, and encourage participation
Assist with event setup, logistics, and teardown
Maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable presence
Track engagement and participation to support campaign success
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, effective event execution
