More than 5 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language, preferably C++ or Python. At least 5 years of experience guiding the design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scalability) of new and existing systems. Top 3 must-have hard skills: Python, C++ Working with test systems, hardware integration Design patterns, reliability, and scaling
