  • Potential to earn $125,000+ annually
  • Competitive base salary ($50,000 per year) plus 7% commission
  • Additional bonus opportunities for meeting performance expectations (e.g., holiday bonuses).

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Conversion: Engage property owners daily to build rapport, negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on warm and cold leads to understand client needs and maintain an active pipeline of seller leads.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with property owners.
  • Client Meetings: Set up multiple new client meetings weekly to identify acquisition opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools to stay organized and on task until deals are finalized.
  • Reporting: Make 70–90 calls daily and report on activities, including the number of calls made and contracts discussed.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales with a focus on closing deals; previous real estate experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and handle objections effectively.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Reliable transportation is required as travel may occasionally be necessary (limited to 1–1.5 hours).
  • Availability for full-time work Monday through Friday; occasional weekend availability is a plus for hot leads.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who thrive in competitive environments and possess the following attributes:
