What you'll do:
Lend your legal expertise to real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate documents, like purchase agreements, leases, easements, and deeds.
Conduct thorough due diligence for potential deals, reviewing titles, environmental studies, and land surveys.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, if needed.
Provide insightful legal advice on potential risks and liabilities associated with real estate transactions.
Build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Stay on top of current real estate law and keep the team informed of any key changes.
Who you are:
A JD graduate from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate attorney, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven track record in commercial real estate transactions.
Legal research and writing whiz, with the ability to craft and review legal documents and contracts flawlessly.
Negotiation extraordinaire, with a knack for closing complex deals successfully.
A problem-solving master, able to provide practical legal guidance to clients.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
