Greenlight Offer is seeking a talented Dispositions Specialist to join our dedicated committed team as we continue to grow as a team and look for A + talent to help achieve the company’s goal in turn your business/personal goals as well! This is a full-time in-office position from 9 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Starting salary: • $2,250/month which will bump to $2,500/month after 3 month performance review. Commissions:

• 4%-6% commission structure
• Plus Bonuses

Opportunity for pay increases over time with growth and experience in the company Responsibilities: The Role: As a Dispositions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our exit strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to sell the properties you get assigned to you on a daily/weekly basis through the efforts of marketing them to potential buyers OFF-market and ON marketing strategies. In other words, the sale and disposition of properties from our active inventory that we purchase or put under contract directly from the seller. We put 25-35 deals under a contract primarily in Houston or surrounding cities within Texas. This includes:

• Managing the sale and disposition of residential and occasional commercial properties from our portfolio.
• Listing properties for sale OFF the market AND On the market (MLS) with our flat fee listing service.
• Promptly respond and engage with all incoming calls and texts about properties that are assigned to specific agents.
• Providing the utmost customer service to sellers and buyers.
• Have people skills, negotiation skills, and problem-solving skills!
• Implementing effective sales strategies to optimize ROI and minimize time on the market.
• Building and maintaining relationships with sellers, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
• Negotiating contracts and overseeing the closing process.
• Analyzing market trends and pricing strategies to inform decision-making.
