Perform comprehensive due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including financial analysis, property assessments, and regulatory compliance checks. Work closely with legal and financial teams to ensure all due diligence processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

- Zoning and Planning:
Utilize your knowledge of zoning regulations, city planning, and building design to assess the feasibility of potential projects. Manage regulatory requirements and obtain necessary approvals to bring conversion projects to fruition.
