Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • ;Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • ;Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • ;Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • ;Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for collections-related roles (e.g., Collections Agents, Recovery Specialists)
  • ;Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
  • ;Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • ;Collaborate with HR and department leads to support onboarding and workforce planning.
  • ;Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor hiring strategies.

Skills:

  • Full-cycle recruitment expertise specializing in collections and sales roles.
  • Proficient in sourcing talent through job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Skilled in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for role fit.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with hiring managers.
  • Experienced in ATS management, workforce planning, and candidate engagement strategies.

Education/Experience:

  • 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in collections/sales.
  • Strong understanding of collections roles, terminology, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
