What You'll Do

Be the Bridge: You'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding candidates through the interview process and ensuring a smooth experience for both the candidate and the client.
Build Lasting Relationships: You'll develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Become a Recruitment Rockstar: You'll contribute to our team's success by actively participating in business development activities and promoting our services.
We're looking for someone who:

Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Has excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Korean and English.
Can think strategically and work independently to achieve goals.
Is a team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
Has a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in sales or a related field (a college degree is a plus!).
