Position Overview
The Regional Property Manager will oversee the management of multiple properties within Louisville and Lexington markets, ensuring they are operating efficiently and profitably while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role involves strategic planning, staff management, and enhancing tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple properties in the assigned region
• Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue
• Ensure compliance with Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD regulations
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
• Lead, train, and mentor property management staff to enhance performance
• Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, specifically in affordable housing
• Knowledge of Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD regulations is essential
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
