Dower Personnel Services (DPS)
Dower Personnel Services is a trusted healthcare staffing agency that connects skilled professionals with meaningful opportunities across Maryland. We're growing and building a new division focused on client-based care coordination and were looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to partner with us as an independent contractor (1099).

As a Registered Nurse contractor with Dower Personnel Services, youll play an essential role in supporting our client care operations. You will:
Complete initial and follow-up client assessments to determine care needs.
Develop and update individualized care plans based on those assessments.
Delegate appropriate tasks to aides and oversee their work through scheduled supervisory visits.
Review documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of care.
Maintain thorough records of all assessments, delegations, and supervisory activities.
Collaborate with leadership to help guide and support the development of this new division.
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Maryland (unrestricted).
At least 2 years of nursing experience , preferably in home health, community health, or long-term care.
Knowledgeable about care coordination, delegation, and documentation standards.
Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
Professional communicator with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
Able to travel locally for client visits as needed.
Independent Contractor (1099)
Flexible, per diem scheduling
Field and remote work as needed
Reports directly to the Administrator or Program Director of Dower Personnel Services
This position supports a new and expanding division within Dower Personnel Services . The RN contractor will provide essential clinical support and leadership as the division continues to develop.
