What You'll Do
As part of our dynamic team, you’ll:

• Connect daily with members to assess their insurance needs.
• Offer personalized supplemental insurance solutions that fit their goals.
• Guide members through applications with care and professionalism.
• Provide ongoing policy support, including reviews and claims assistance.
• Uphold compliance standards to foster trust and transparency.

What We’re Looking For
We want driven individuals who bring:

• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• A self-starter mindset and a passion for exceeding goals.
• Tech-savviness and organizational skills to thrive remotely.
• Problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Sales experience (a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right candidates).
• Eligibility to obtain a Life Insurance License.
