What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
As an Online Remote CSR, you will be the first point of contact for union members and veterans, providing them with the information they need about their benefits. This role is ideal for those who are great communicators, enjoy helping others, and are looking to start a meaningful career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to Inquiries : You will answer questions from members and provide clear information about their benefits, helping them navigate their options.
• Assisting with Enrollment: Guide members through the enrollment process for their benefits, ensuring they have everything they need to make informed decisions.
• Building Relationships : You’ll develop long-lasting relationships with clients, showing empathy and care as you address their concerns.
• Problem Solving : Help resolve any issues or concerns members may have regarding their benefits, providing solutions and support.
• Ongoing Support : Follow up with clients to ensure they are fully satisfied with their benefits and to address any additional questions

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independen tly in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using technology to communicate and complete tasks.
