In this role, you will support the payroll department by assisting with data entry, processing employee hours, and ensuring accurate payroll calculations. You will help maintain employee records, manage tax deductions, and assist with benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with payroll software, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll inquiries.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with processing and verifying employee hours and payroll data
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure smooth and timely payroll processing
Qualifications :
- Experience with payroll software (QuickBooks, ADP, etc.) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
