We are looking for driven and dedicated individuals to join our team as CDL Driver Recruiters. This is a remote opportunity where you'll be helping to match qualified CDL drivers with some of the top transportation companies nationwide. With a strong support system and extensive resources, this role is perfect for those looking to succeed on their own schedule.

Position Details:

Role: Source, screen, and qualify CDL drivers for various OTR and local routes with major carriers.
Earnings: Pay based on drivers placed, with opportunities to earn up to $2,500 per driver. Our recruiters average $1,200-$3,000 weekly depending on time invested and placements made.
Location: 100% Remote
Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach to CDL drivers, communicate job details, and answer questions.
Use our platform to post job listings, track applicants, and follow up on leads.
Manage relationships with drivers, guiding them through the hiring process with carriers.
Ensure all drivers meet qualifications and job requirements.
Requirements:

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Enthusiasm for helping drivers find roles and guiding them through application steps.
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
Basic computer skills and access to reliable internet.
