What you'll be doing…
The Retention Senior Manager will be part of the Verizon Base Marketing team is responsible for developing and establishing digital as a true retention channel for Fios base customers.
Responsibilities include:
Setting up end to end digital funnel reporting encompassing, direct and media driven traffic on my-Verizon site (MVO) and app(MVA).
Creating accurate digital data feed for measuring media and digital offer ROI’s and optimize performance outcome.
Amplifying loyalty/retention offer + add on product (VHDP, Perks etc.) exposure on in market, via digital media and on MVO + MVA flows.
Anticipating potential churn risks and prep, high risk to churn audiences for digital marketing.
Leveraging a wide variety of data sources to evaluate campaign performance and landing page + media personalization opportunities for improvement.
Working closely with our digital media, digital customer experience, tagging, reporting, GTS, analytics and other partners to develop and implement end 2 end digital marketing strategy.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Experience with and knowledge of digital technology, systems, digital funnel management and ROI.
Experience working with Adobe suite, in particular: Adobe Tag Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target.
Digital personalization experience.
Experience with the Google Suite.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
MBA or Master’s degree.
Strong co-ordination and people skills.
Working knowledge of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
Experience managing deadlines and multiple/simultaneous, cross-functional projects/initiatives.
Digital marketing agency experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in the agile process including the Jira application.
Ability to outline issues/challenges, while offering viable solutions and recommendations.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
