Income guarantees are in place for peace of mind. * Bonuses that matter: * Annual Christmas Bonus (avg. $1,700) * Annual Vacation Bonus (avg. $1,700) * Company Car Program: Maintain 15 sales/month for 90 days and earn the use of a company vehicle. * Training & Development: Paid 8-week onboarding program, ongoing coaching, and a clear career path. What You’ll Do * Greet and assist customers through the buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm. * Conduct test drives, present products, and guide customers to the right vehicle. * Follow up with clients via phone, email, text, and social media. * Market yourself and build lasting client relationships. * Stay engaged through meetings, training, and ongoing development.
