Solution IT Inc. is looking for SAP FICO Functional for one of its clients in Irvine, CA (Hybrid)
Job Title: SAP FICO Functional
Responsibilities:
2+ full-lifecycle Finance & Controlling (FICO) workstream in S/4HANA RISE Greenfield implementation
Configure and implement key FICO components: General Ledger (Universal Journal), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Accounting, controlling (Cost Centre, Profit Centre, Internal Orders).
Provide guidance for Group Reporting, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Intercompany Eliminations
Experience with GAAP regulations
Controlling will include Cost Centres, Profit Centres, Internal Orders, and all aspects of SAP FICO that relate to manufacturing and distribution industry, including COPAs (profitability analysis).
Additionally, the candidate must have experience integrating FICO requirements with MM, and SD.
Required Skills:
7 years of hands-on FICO experience in S/4HANA implementation projects
Proven ability to operate in RISE with SAP environments and understand deployment, infrastructure, and transformation journey
Deep knowledge of Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Costing-based CO-PA / Margin Analysis
Strong integration understanding with SD and MM
Demonstrated experience in financial close, reporting, and reconciliation automation
Experience with Fiori apps, embedded analytics and UX change for RTR users
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshops
Preferred
Knowledge of SAP CO-PC, BPC, SAC Planning, or Integration with non-SAP financial systems
