Summary: This role seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum practices, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will mentor junior Scrum Masters, collaborate with stakeholders, and enhance Agile maturity across teams.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate all Scrum events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and mentor team members and other Scrum Masters in Agile principles and practices
Identify and eliminate impediments to team progress
Act as a liaison between the Scrum team and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
Track and report team metrics and sprint progress
Lead Agile adoption and influence organizational change to support high-performing teams
Skills/Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a large-scale enterprise environment
Proven ability to lead both high-performing and less experienced teams
Proficient in Jira
Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Track record of coaching teams to improve Agile maturity
Experience driving continuous process improvement and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
