Murray County is accepting applications for seasonal Museum Assistants. Weekly work hours will vary with an average of up to 35 hours per week. Work on weekends and holidays will be required.
Duties include:
Conduct educational guided tours to the visitors about End-O-Line Park and Murray County’s history.
Assist with events at the museums.
Assist with gift shop sales and inventory, use of cash register and credit card machine.
Maintain the upkeep of the park buildings, grounds, restrooms.
Qualifications: Requires the ability to learn and relay history information on tourist attractions in the area. Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to speak publicly to all age groups. Basic mathematical skills necessary. Must be able to work on weekends and holidays as required. Valid MN driver’s license required.
