Join the Nestlé Purina People Analytics Team within Human Resources and be part of a passionate group dedicated to unlocking the power of data to help shape the future of our workforce and enhance the employee experience. Come prepared to translate user needs into impactful research projects and develop new insights tools using data, driving actionable insights. Proficiency in data querying, transformation, and data modeling using Power BI semantic models and SQL, and advanced statistical analysis techniques such as predictive models and network analysis will be essential in driving actionable insights.

We're seeking individuals who are naturally curious, resourceful, and proactive in exploring new possibilities and asking insightful questions to uncover the needs of our end-users. Building rapport and actively listening to others will be vital in fostering successful collaborations. The ability to adapt quickly to our dynamic business environment and understand key stakeholders within our network will be critical for achieving success

  • Consult with HR Business Partners, HR specialty groups, and business leaders on their people-oriented business questions to determine needed next steps

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve insight tools (e.g., Power BI) that automatically connect data from multiple sources, including a Snowflake data lake. This also includes having good user experience and visualizations

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data using solid research methodology and statistical analysis (including predictive models)

  • Partner with appropriate groups regarding analytics results (e.g., HR specialty groups) and use storytelling to communicate insights and recommendations to the business

  • Incorporate ways to use generative AI, other technology, and external trends to improve our services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of professional experience including 2+ of those years developing Power BI semantic models and dashboards (e.g., multi-source data querying, transformation, Dax/M language, report sharing based on RLS)

  • 2+ years of experience in SQL, performing data querying, manipulation, and analysis

  • 2+ years of advanced skills in statistical analysis (e.g., regression, network analysis)

Other

  • Master’s degree or additional certification programs is preferred

  • Experience working with HR/people data is preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $76,000 to $100,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
