Job   Summary:
 
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on React Developer with a strong track record of building   and   scaling   complex   web   applications   using   modern   front-end   best   practices.   The   ideal   candidate   should be able to ramp up quickly, understand existing codebases with minimal hand-holding, and start
contributing   from   Day  1. You’ll work   closely with   product,   design,   and   backend   teams   to   deliver seamless user experiences.
 
Key   Responsibilities:
 

• Build   responsive,   scalable,   and   performant   front-end   applications   using   React   and   related libraries.
• Write   clean,   modular,   and   testable   code   following   industry   best   practices   and   design   patterns (e.g., component architecture, hooks, context, state management).
• Collaborate   with   cross-functional   teams   to   translate   business   requirements   into   technical specifications.
• Debug,   optimize,   and   enhance   existing   features   and   modules   with   minimal   guidance.
• Own   feature   delivery   end-to-end  —   from   design   to deployment.
• Conduct   peer   code   reviews   and   maintain   high   code   quality   standards.
• Contribute   to   improving   CI/CD   pipelines   and   front-end   testing   practices.

 
Required   Skills  &Experience:
 

• 5–7   years   of   professional   experience   in   front-end   development   with   at   least  4   years   in   React.js.
• Strong   grasp   of   JavaScript  (ES6+),   TypeScript,   HTML5,   CSS3,   and   modern   React   tooling (Webpack, Babel, Vite, etc.).
• Experience   with   common   state   management   libraries  (Redux,   Zustand,   Recoil,   etc.).
• Familiarity   with   RESTful   APIs,   GraphQL,   and   asynchronous   data   handling.
• Strong   debugging   and   performance   optimization   skills.
• Exposure   to   writing   unit   and   integration   tests  (Jest,   Testing   Library,   Cypress).
• Experience   working   in   agile   environments   and   product-focused   teams.

Nice   to   Have:
 

• Familiarity   with   design   systems  (e.g.,   Storybook,   Material   UI, Tailwind).
• Experience   with   micro-frontend   architectures   or   modular   front-end   applications.
• Exposure   to   SSR/SSG   frameworks   like   Next.js.
