Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring adherence to internal compliance policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers to efficiently and effectively fill open job requisitions, ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates. This role involves verifying job requirements, posting requisitions, and researching optimal job-posting platforms to ensure high-quality applicant flow at the best cost. The Senior Recruiter will also conduct comprehensive interviews, refer qualified candidates, develop sourcing methods, negotiate job offers, and perform compensation analysis in collaboration with hiring managers.

 

Job Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job requisition to candidate placement, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define job requirements and recruiting needs.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure quality applicant flow.
  • Research, select, and monitor effective job-posting sites for maximum exposure and cost-efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with applicants and sourced candidates, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Continuously explore and implement new and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure fair compensation analysis in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Provide support in ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices in all aspects of recruitment.

 

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in recruiting, sourcing, hiring, compensation administration, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic, changing business environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be based in the Austin area.

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Required).
  • Alternatively, a combination of education and relevant experience equivalent to a degree in these fields.
