We are seeking a **Senior Sourcing & Procurement Specialist** with solid experience in global sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical product procurement and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
This role plays a key part in strengthening our procurement division and supporting the company’s continued growth worldwide.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Source and establish long-term relationships with reliable global suppliers in the medical products sector.
* Make a high volume of daily calls to suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
* Procure essential medical supplies such as sterile water, surgical kits, respiratory devices, and other hospital essentials.
* Manage and optimize procurement contracts to ensure profitability and timely delivery.
* Collaborate closely with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth procurement-to-fulfillment operations.
* Monitor market trends, shortages, and compliance regulations to anticipate challenges and adjust strategies.
* Oversee purchase orders, inventory tracking, and supplier performance.
### **Qualifications**
* 5+ years of experience in global sourcing and procurement (preferably with a distributor or reseller).
* Minimum 2 years of experience purchasing medical or healthcare-related products.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills with international suppliers.
* Knowledge of compliance standards and product certifications (FDA, CE, etc.).
* Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote setting.
* Proficiency with procurement tools, Excel, and CRM/communication platforms.
* **Advanced English proficiency** (written and spoken) is required.
