Job Description

Senior Staff Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance within a fast-paced real estate environment. If you have a passion for numbers, strong analytical skills, and experience handling accounting functions for multiple entities, we'd love to hear from you!

### Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, utilizing QuickBooks to manage multiple entities efficiently.
- Accounts Oversight: Manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) processes to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Transaction Management: Monitor daily banking transactions and maintain precise financial records.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of internal reports with third-party records to ensure accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative accounting tasks and adapt to evolving team needs.

### Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience managing financials for multiple entities, ideally in property management or real estate.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong working relationships.
- Ability to adapt to various software programs and new technologies.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.

### Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA designation is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
- Demonstrated experience working with financial systems and databases.

### Work Environment:
This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote work options are not available.
