In pursuit of this mission, our Recruiting team is responsible for finding, assessing, and hiring exceptional talent across various fields and specialties, acting as consultative partners to our leaders across the organization. We're an established, collaborative team with a balance of structure, process, and highly ambitious problems to solve for.
Our team is growing to help OpenAI build the next phase of highly-capable intelligent computer systems. We're looking for a highly experienced technical recruiter who advises hiring managers and partners closely. You're driven to work on high-value talent initiatives and are close to the industry's most sought-after talent. You'll work with our existing team members, including technical recruiters, coordinators, sourcers, and any cross-functional partners needed to succeed. This role will support a myriad of specialties, starting with software, data and mobile engineering. This role reports to our Applied AI Recruiting lead.
This role is based in either our San Francisco HQ or remotely within the US, with occasional travel to other offices (typically quarterly).
Our in-office roles use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office with optional work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. We also offer relocation assistance to new employees.
Our open-plan offices have height-adjustable desks, conference rooms, phone booths, well-stocked kitchens full of snacks and drinks, and located near public transportation and lively city neighborhoods.
