Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with a passion for excellence in design and user experience. This role requires a seasoned professional who can drive the design vision and create highly functional, visually stunning digital products. As a senior leader for the UX function, you will shape user experience strategies, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure world-class user interactions. 

Responsibilities

• User-Centered Design: Lead and champion user research, usability testing, and persona development to ensure user insights and business needs inform strategic design decisions. 
• UI/UX Strategy: Define and communicate user flows, wireframes, and design strategies to align with product and business objectives. 
• Visual Design: Deliver pixel-perfect, visually compelling interfaces, including typography, iconography, and graphic elements. 
• Prototyping: Develop high-fidelity interactive prototypes to validate complex user interactions and concepts. 
• Information Architecture: Architect seamless navigation and structure to enhance the overall user experience. 
• Collaboration: Act as a key stakeholder in cross-functional teams, ensuring design excellence is upheld throughout development. Bring ideas to life through strong partnerships with engineers and product managers. 
• Design Systems: Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems to drive consistency across all platforms. 
• Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to junior designers, fostering a high-performance design culture. 
• Stakeholder Engagement: Present design concepts, articulate rationale for design decisions, and advocate for best-in-class user experience principles at all levels of the organization. 
• Industry Awareness: Stay ahead of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, continuously pushing the boundaries of excellence. 

Requirements

• 7+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a proven track record of leading successful design initiatives in B2B and B2B2C SaaS platforms. 
• Extensive experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing high-impact design work and thought leadership. 
• Mastery of Figma, including best practices for creating and maintaining design systems.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, responsiveness, and mobile-first and tablet-first design approaches. 
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive design strategy and influence cross-functional teams. 
• Experience with business process mapping and modeling is a plus. 
• Advanced knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design practices. 
• Exceptional problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. 
• A relentless drive for excellence in design execution and user experience.
