As an SLPA, you'll have the exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of children, ranging from birth to 21 years of age, tailoring each treatment to meet their unique needs all under the supervision of an experienced SLP. With one-on-one sessions, you'll have the flexibility to make a real impact in each child's care plan. What You Will Need:

  • Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Assistant Program.
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as a SLPA.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • A desire for continuous learning and growth.
  • 2-3 year experience working as a SLPA (Pediatrics Preferred).
  • Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.
  • Must be willing to work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development and team cooperation to ensure a “whole child” approach to all therapies offered.
