MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a passionate Home Health Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide, evaluate, and implement speech therapy services to pediatric clients. Join our amazing team today and become part of the MedCare family!

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school program of Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)- new grads are welcomed to apply
• Licensed to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Texas by anticipated start date
• Experience in pediatrics and bilingual are a plus but necessarily required

Job Duties:

• Provides treatment as directed by the supervising Speech Language Pathologist for patients
• Completes and submits all required documentation per company policy, including, but not limited to progress notes, case communication notes, etc. for assigned caseload
• Assists in ensuring that all patient areas are properly cleaned and sanitized at the end of each treatment session
• Observes, records, and reports any significant changes in the patient’s condition
• Cooperates with all team members to plan and carry out the best possible therapeutic program for assigned caseload
