Hybrid role in Westlake, TX. Our industry-leading financial services client is seeking a Senior Developer for the squad that builds the UIs for end customers. The candidate is expected to design and develop features, manage code reviews & deployments, and coordinate with various stakeholders for development. The candidate will have an opportunity to work in fast paced core-brokerage financial industry domain along with an opportunity to learn new functionality and technology.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. 

Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2

• Proficient with Swift and Cocoa Touch
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
• Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools, such as Instruments and Sharks
• Proficient understanding of code version tools, such as Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Quick learner and good troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Android and Web development is a huge plus
• Experience & good understanding of full development life cycle
• Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner
• Ability to apply a long-term mentality to help produce scalable, maintainable solutions
• Experience developing user interfaces based on wireframes, visual designs and UX specifications
• Commitment to quality and high standards
• Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders
• The desire to learn and grow. To seek out ways to challenge yourself and expand your knowledge of both the business and the technology you work with
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Able to understand a complex and global systems environment
• Working knowledge of basic investment terms and practices is desirable
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and driving automation
• 5+ years of professional software development experience

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
