Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong background in QuickBooks? We're looking for a skilled Staff Accountant to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our clients' financial success.

### What You'll Do:
- Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks with accuracy and completeness.
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.
- Work closely with team members to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and QuickBooks advancements to improve efficiency.

### What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, including managing the Chart of Accounts, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial statements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality.
