Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-time

• Location: Virginia Beach, VA

• Pay Rate: $19/hr

• Shift: Monday-Friday, 4pm-12am

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to transport materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, and production lines.

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of goods and minimizing damage.

• Perform daily safety checks on forklifts and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.

• Keep accurate records of inventory movements and assist with stock counts.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.

• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and sorting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, specifically operating forklifts.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Dexterity to handle small tools and components.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the production floor for extended periods.

• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ISO, and Environmental Standards.
