The salary range for this position is $17.27 - $23.32 (Hourly Rate)
Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity. The Supply Chain Specialist I, Logistics reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Supply Chain Spec I, Logistics performs the daily activities of various tasks within the Supply Chain team including inventory ordering and replenishment, receiving, equipment, linen, and mail. Works in role to meet and exceed established key process indicators (KPI’s). Provides input on inventory level analysis and process improvement initiatives. Assists with communication as directed within the department related to policies, procedures, MDI and standard work methodologies. Work with clinical staff on communication around product changes. Assists all internal customers regarding supply chain logistic issues and communicates with Supply Chain Leadership regarding findings and resolutions.

Physical Demands Requirement : Physical demands required for this role include lift/carry 50+ pounds and a push/pull force 50+ pounds. Extensive walking and walking time of 5+ hours per day
Preferred:
Two years’ work experience in a hospital or healthcare environment. Associates degree in related field.
