Position Overview:
As a Partner of our client, you will be instrumental in shaping the firm's growth and success. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial, client-focused tax expert who excels in leadership and has a strong vision for client strategy and firm advancement.

The Tax Partner will oversee client service delivery, drive business development, and enhance operational efficiencies, working in close collaboration with both in-house and outsourced teams.

Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $175000 to $225,000,  commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management : Oversee a diverse portfolio of personal and business clients, delivering top-notch tax advisory and compliance services.
  • Operational Oversight : Supervise outsourced tax return preparation, ensuring precision, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Business Development : Drive business growth by fostering client relationships, exploring service expansion, and identifying revenue opportunities.
  • Leadership : Mentor and lead team members to uphold high standards of service and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning : Contribute to the firm’s growth and efficiency strategies, with potential for ownership stakes.

Qualifications:
  • Credentials : CPA, EA, or equivalent qualification with at least 7 years of relevant tax experience, covering both personal and business taxation.
  • Client Management : Proven expertise in managing client relationships and driving business development in a tax-focused environment.
  • Tax Knowledge : Strong technical knowledge in tax with a proactive approach to staying current on tax regulations and changes.
  • Mindset : Entrepreneurial and strategic, with strong decision-making skills and a drive for growth.
  • Communication : Exceptional communication skills and a client-centered approach.
