Job Role: Technical Writer (for API Documentation)

Location: Remote

Rate: up to $110k/annum

Experience Required: 3+ years

Domain: Credit Cards

Roles and Responsibilities :

• API Technical Writer providing quality, consistent, up to date documentation.
• Write Technical Requirements in a business-friendly context for better Product Owner and Business User alignment.
• Provide demos and communicate effectively to larger, varied audiences.
• Deliver Current and Future State diagrams, diagram and document Process Flows.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years working in Banking, Credit Cards ideal.
• 3+ years working in a Technical Writing capacity.
• Accomplished API Technical Writer, rooted in best practices.
• Including knowledge and understanding of REST, Response, Payloads, etc.
• Provide consistent format and a plan to keep API documentation up to date.
• Technical while Business savvy, able to diagram and document for both Technical and Business audiences.
• Competency in delivering demos and explaining documentation to such audiences.
• Experience and expertise providing current and future state diagrams and process flows. Interested in samples if you are able to provide.
• Available, Responsive, Responsible, and ready to hit the ground from day one.
