Our stores' rapid growth has created amazing advancement opportunities for our Service Technicians and Technician Apprentices. We are always on the hunt for a Master Technician superstar! Master Technicians are responsible for acting as a consultant for diagnostic work, vehicle repairs, and procedures. Master Technicians also provide leadership and direction to other members of the Service Department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
- Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame
- Perform advanced removal and replacement diagnostic work
- Oversee and signing off on repairs completed by other technicians
- Required to hold a valid State Inspector's license
- Offer training and guidance to other technicians
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must demonstrate utmost care for all vehicle repairs performed
Shop Hours:

Flexibility in scheduling within the hours of 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
Compensation and Perks:
- Master Techs starting at $35.00 flat rate
- Subaru Master Techs starting at $40.00 flat rate
- Sign on bonus and relocation assistance for Master Technicians
- $300 boot allowance
- 1.5x pay for warranty repairs
- End of year hours bonus
- Bonuses based on production
