• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Client management – lead all correspondences with outstanding customer service
• Emotional Management - Manage multiple emails/correspondences while maintaining patience and calm
• Accommodate client, vendors and agents with quick and proactive responses
• Coordinate contract timelines from new contract to close
• Prepare standard buyer and seller documents
• Maintain all files to comply with company and team requirements
• Communicate daily with agents, clients, lenders, escrow and vendors in a professional manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments with vendors and clients
• Master time blocking

Qualifications

Real estate experience not required but ideal; must have or be willing to obtain a Hawaii Real Estate license.

• EXPERIENCE working in real estate transactions
• Real Estate License OR in the process of obtaining real estate license
• Working under minimal supervision to meet daily deadlines
• Provide a high level of customer care to all parties involved in the transaction
• Positive and professional attitude
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to form strong partnerships with team members and agents
• Quick response time
