Job Details

As a Traveling Healthcare Construction Project Manager, you will manage multiple healthcare projects from preconstruction through to completion. You'll ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of these complex facilities while maintaining client satisfaction and adherence to budget and safety standards. Your role will involve coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, overseeing project scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day management of healthcare construction projects across the U.S.
  • Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction codes and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
  • Resolve conflicts and troubleshoot issues that arise during construction.
  • Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare construction project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading complex, multi-million-dollar projects in healthcare settings.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel and manage projects nationwide.
  • Experience with project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platforms.
  • Certifications such as PMP or LEED are a plus.
