Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting displays, products, and materials to various trade show locations in the 4 state region while adhering to all traffic laws. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate a box truck vehicle and liftgate in a safe and efficient manner.
• Navigate designated routes for timely deliveries and pickups.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate record keeping of all fuel receipts.
• Load and unload display materials as necessary, ensuring proper care and handling of all company property.
• Communicate effectively with Travel director and other team members regarding route changes or delays.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while driving, including the use of seat belts and other safety equipment.
• Operate a liftgate while maintaining all safety protocols.

Skills

• Experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Enjoys working individually, and with others on the road.
• Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles.
• Knowledge of equipment operation is a plus.
• Ability to follow driving routes and navigation systems.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate moving equipment safely when required.
• Previous experience in shuttle driving or school bus driving is beneficial but not mandatory.

This is a perfect role for a jack of all trades looking for a side gig. We pay a spiff per trip based on the distance of the show. EX:$100 per local show in the Kansas City Area, pay moving up based on distance and time spent driving.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $50.00 base pay + milage per job

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
