LaSalle Network is seeking a UX Researcher to join our client on a contract basis. In this role, you will analyze user feedback, facilitate focus groups, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the usability and effectiveness of the client’s website. This position offers remote flexibility but requires in-person attendance for focus group sessions in Chicago. The ideal candidate has proven experience in UX research, excels at synthesizing data, and is ready to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

UX Researcher Responsibilities:

• Review user feedback, identify key themes, and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with a small team to plan and lead focus groups, taking detailed notes and organizing insights.
• Present findings to stakeholders and develop a comprehensive final report with recommendations for website enhancements.
• Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure research aligns with business goals.

UX Researcher Requirements:

• Proven track record in UX research with strong skills in qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, and data visualization platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings effectively.
• Availability for in-person focus group sessions in Chicago, with remote flexibility otherwise.
• Experience working on educational or public sector projects and familiarity with accessibility standards.
