Duties: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly- Enter orders into the Clover POS system and ensure accuracy- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner- Check on customers throughout their meal and drinks to ensure satisfaction- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests- Assist with bussing tables during peak times- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints Requirements: - Previous experience as a server in the food industry preferred- Knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation practices- Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus- Good math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required- Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional guest services
