Warehouse Manager
Location: Hartford, SD
Reports To: Production Manager
Full Time $22-$25/hr

As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing our warehouse, equipment, tools, and inventory—making sure our team has everything they need to get the job done.

Warehouse Operations & Inventory

• Keep our warehouse and tool room organized, clean, and running efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory of products, tools, and equipment—ensuring we’re always stocked for scheduled jobs.
• Oversee warehouse expenses and help manage the department’s budget.

Safety & Fleet Management

• Ensure company vehicles and equipment are well-maintained and safe to operate.
• Assist with fleet and equipment decisions as needed.
• Oversee DOT compliance on fleet vehicles

Who You Are:

• Knowledgeable in inventory, procurement, and warehouse operations.
• Able to lift/move up to 100 lbs. regularly and stay on your feet throughout the day.
• Comfortable working at different heights and levels, including floor work.
• Skilled in using a computer and warehouse management software.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred Experience: 2+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management OR a strong track record in a similar field.
