We’re Ready to Upgrade Our Recruiting Website — Need a Web Designer with experience with building clean, polished websites for professional service firms or small recruiting agencies.

We’re  Placement By Design , a boutique recruiting firm focused on the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. We’ve built a strong reputation in the industry — and it is time for a website refresh. We’re looking for a designer to help us build a  modern, trustworthy, and easy-to-navigate website  that speaks to both job seekers and employers.

The Goal:

A clean, professional site that:

• Works great on mobile and desktop
• Clearly explains who we are and what we do
• Helps candidates and clients take action 

What You’d Be Working With:

• Current site:  placementbydesign.com  
• We’ll provide core content and be open to reworking copy with your help
• Inspiration from industry leaders, but we want something custom and thoughtful

You’re a good fit if:

• You’ve built clean, polished websites for professional service firms or recruiting agencies
• You’re comfortable with responsive/mobile-first design
• You know the balance between creativity and conversion
• You can guide us on best practices (we’re not tech people — just recruiters)
