What We Are Looking For:

Certified Tutors: We are seeking tutors with Wilson Reading or Orton-Gillingham certification, especially those passionate about online tutoring.
Experience: Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of teaching or tutoring experience.
Patient & Motivating: You should be energetic, compassionate, and responsible—ready to inspire students to reach their full potential.
Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
Year-Round Availability: Tutors should be available throughout the year for consistent support.
Commitment to Excellence: We want educators who are dedicated to providing top-notch service to both students and their families.

Job Requirements:

Certifications: Wilson Reading or Orton-Gillingham certification required.
Availability: Open to tutoring a minimum of 4-6 hours per week.
Background Checks: Current FBI, Police, and Child Abuse clearances (obtained within the current year).
Mandated Reporter Certificate: Required.
TB Test Results: Current tuberculosis test results required.
Act 24 & Act 168 Forms: Completion of required state forms.
References: 2-3 professional references.
