The Washington State Ferry (WSF) a Division of the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) currently seeking a Field Inspector (Transportation Engineer 2 -TE2) to work independently as a field inspector for WSF terminal construction and/or maintenance projects. This position is responsible for a variety of inspections of various marine structures, buildings, pavement, and electrical and/or mechanical systems. The position ensures compliance with contract and permit conditions, monitoring contractor schedules, communicating with operational staff as needed, and completing related documentation as required.
