The MBA Operations Intern will support the Customer Support and Operations Intelligence team in multiple ways including strategic planning / visioning, process improvement / automation, and data analysis / modeling. You will be embedded within our Operations Center and have the opportunity to drive impact.

You Will

• Lead or co-lead strategy and operations projects solving problems or building capability within our Customer Support organization
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to drive cost savings and quality assurance
• Analyze and model data sets to improve Waymo Operations decision-making
• Prepare presentations and reports on working programs
• Work with partners across Waymo including Product, Finance, Partnerships, and others

You Have

• Enrollment in a MBA program focused on technology, operations, analytics, or a related field
• Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally manage stakeholders

We Prefer

• Experience working in Customer Success, Operations, Strategy, or similar roles in tech, management consulting, etc.
• Experience in the automotive or AV industry / transforming the mobility landscape

Note: This will be a hybrid onsite internship position. We will accept resumes on a rolling basis until the role is filled.

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
