Job Description

eTeacher Group is an EdTech pioneer and innovator that has been at the forefront of educational technology since its foundation. Today, our company has grown to over 800 employees, delivering high-quality live courses to more than 50,000 students annually on our online Learning Platform.

One of our five online schools, the Israel Institute of Biblical Studies (IIBS), focuses on Biblical languages (especially Hebrew) and Ancient Cultures (particularly Jewish) of both the Old and New Testaments. We provide thousands of students of various ages from more than 100 countries with the interpretive tools needed to connect more deeply with the Biblical text in a fresh and richer way. Our motto can be best summed up as: "The Bible does not need to be rewritten, but it needs to be reread." About 20% of our students are Christian professionals from all denominations who use our courses to enhance their own teaching abilities within their circles of influence. Our linguistic courses are accredited by one of Israel’s leading universities (The Hebrew University of Jerusalem).

Our strategy is to continue our path of innovation by delivering personalized, outcome-focused learning experiences, leveraging AI technology and advanced teaching methodologies.

Are you passionate about building meaningful connections that make a difference? We're looking for someone like you to join our team as a Director Christian Sales and Partnership Manager. Your primary focus will be on forging strong partnerships with churches, educational institutions, and technology companies that share our commitment to transforming teaching and learning in the Christian market especially. If you're a sales professional with a strong background in the Christian market who thrives on creating value-driven relationships, this role is your opportunity to grow.

Position : Remote, Full-time

Reports to : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

What You’ll Do:

Lead the Sales Journey :

  • Close distribution deals with Churches, Christian education institutes and more
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that resonate with the unique goals of each partner, especially in Christian education (universities, teaching ministries, churches, home schools and other associations).
  • Own the sales process from start to close — prospect, pitch, close, and nurture—with a focus on creating win-win outcomes for our partners.

Create Lasting Partnerships :

  • Connect with like-minded organizations—churches, schools, and (especially Christian) tech companies—to build relationships that go beyond business, aligning our shared goals to create lasting impact.
  • Be the trusted advisor to your partners, understanding their needs and customizing solutions that help them achieve their mission in teaching and learning.

Be the Go-To Partner :

  • Develop and maintain deep, trusting relationships with key accounts, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction.
  • Look for opportunities to grow these relationships through upselling, cross-selling, or simply finding new ways to add value.

REQUIREMENTS

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 3 years of proven success in B2B sales, particularly in the Christian market in the U.S.—you know how to connect with organizations on a deeper level.
  • A M.A. or M.Div. degree (or higher) from one of the reputable Christian seminaries is a plus.
  • A keen ability to understand the inner workings of organizations, particularly in the realms of education, faith-based initiatives, and technology.
  • Top-notch communication and negotiation skills—you’re not just closing deals, you’re building partnerships.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a genuine passion for making a positive impact.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools, and a data-driven approach to decisionmaking.
  • Willingness to travel to meet partners and strengthen relationships.

If you’re ready to make a difference by building connections that matter, we want to hear from you.

Join us and help shape the future of education and technology through powerful partnerships!
