Commercial Banker

Location: Smyrna, Georgia

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 plus incentives

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Commercial Banker with a proven track record in the financial industry? Do you have over 10 years of experience and a passion for serving commercial and industrial operating businesses, including manufacturing and service organizations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia.

NOTE: There is an existing book of business. You just need to maintain the relationships

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management: You will be responsible for managing and growing an existing book of business, providing financial solutions, and building strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients.

  2. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of potential and existing clients to assess credit risk and recommend suitable financial products and services.

  3. Portfolio Growth: Work to expand the portfolio of commercial and industrial clients through targeted sales and relationship-building efforts.

  4. Risk Management: Monitor the creditworthiness of clients and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  5. Customized Solutions: Develop customized financial solutions to meet the unique needs of clients, including lending, treasury management, and other banking services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial banking, with a proven track record of success.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial operating entities, including manufacturing and service organizations.

  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and financial product knowledge.

  • Sales Skills: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and grow the existing client base.

  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
