Sonar Spark is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kansas City, MO. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of a wide variety of events, ensuring each one runs seamlessly and exceeds client expectations. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating events from start to finish.
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure event logistics are on track.
• Manage event timelines, schedules, and budgets under the supervision of the Events Manager.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Address on-site issues quickly and effectively to maintain event quality.
• Support the creation of post-event reports and evaluations.
• Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining event records and documentation.
