LaSalle Network is hiring a Contracts Administrator to join our client’s Regulatory and Compliance team in Greenwood Village, CO!
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the contract lifecycle—from drafting and negotiations to compliance and process improvement. Immediate availability is preferred, and a knack for collaboration is a must.Contracts Administrator Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end contract management, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Assist in negotiating terms and handling contract amendments
Review contracts to align with company policies and regulatory standards
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate documentation
Schedule and coordinate meetings and timelines across stakeholders
Draft and maintain templates, exhibits, and standard contract language
Recommend and help implement process enhancements
Compile and track performance metrics and reporting
Contracts Administrator Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of administrative or data entry experience (contract renewal experience highly preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a talent for technical writing
Salesforce experience is a plus
