Increase Customer Satisfaction: Conduct regular health checks, gather feedback, and proactively address any potential issues.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand client relationships and increase revenue.
Champion Customer Voice: Provide valuable feedback to product development teams to improve our offerings.
What You'll Bring:
Proven Customer Success Experience: Prior experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve client challenges.
Project Management Skills: Experience managing projects effectively and efficiently.
Technical Aptitude: General understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS offerings, and IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking).
Passion for Customer Success: A genuine passion for helping customers succeed and a strong customer-centric mindset.
Bonus Points:
Experience with cloud and hyperscaler technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with Microsoft 365
Project Management certifications
